These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Best SEO Web Directory (“the directory,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, submitting a listing, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to represent the business you list to use this site. By registering, you confirm both of these are true.
2. Accounts
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly via our contact page if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Listing submissions and editorial review
Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication. Every submission is subject to editorial review, and we reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion — including after publication — if it violates these Terms, contains inaccurate information, or fails to meet our editorial standards.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in your listing. You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content.
4. Subscription plans and billing
Paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Featured) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Plan changes. Upgrading or downgrading your plan adjusts your listing’s placement and available listing slots according to the new tier, generally effective immediately or at your next billing cycle.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit content on behalf of a business you’re not authorized to represent; attempt to manipulate rankings or placement through fraudulent means; submit spam, malware, or unlawful content; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.
6. Intellectual property
The directory’s design, code, and editorial content are our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit in your listing, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the directory.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The directory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, leads, or business outcome from a listing, at any tier.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory, including lost profits or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and remove your listing at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
